Moise Garcon awarded!

Several Awards for our compatriot Moise Garcon! As reported by several media networks in the South, including Mediaflex, the Conservative Eyes and the Haitian Diaspora media network Ayiti Demain, Moise Garcon, a community organizer and active Haitian leader has been selected by the worldwide prestigious reference WHO's WHO to be on their next publication as a successful figure in his field…. Moise Garcon received several recommendations for his involvement with local and nationwide organizations such as NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People), UNESCO Center for Peace, Black Alliance, Citizens Networks, Rotary Club, The South Freelancers, Kiskeya Group, True Patriots, and several entrepreneurs with whom he collaborated with via different projects. Moise Garcon has been nominated by the current Haitian administration as the Head of Trade and Investments at the Haitian Consulate in Atlanta since November 2011. Moise Garcon is a Champion in promoting the positive aspects of Haiti, especially via Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter since 2005...He is a co-founder and Chairman of the Haitian organization and media network Ayiti Demain who organized the first successful Haitians Living Abroad Socioeconomic Summit (HDSS) in Atlanta, GA on April 21, 2012 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. According to Moise Garcon: "Haitians are the real problem of Haiti, thus is motto: Better Haitians=Better Haiti.” When asked why he is so involved in Haitian politics almost 24/7, Moise Garcon simply replied that he loves politics and he feels that his generation can bring change to Haiti with the right attitude. The youth under 30 years old currently represent 70% of the Haitian population. A population of over 10 millions Haitians in Haiti and about 4 millions abroad (often called Diaspora). Moise Garcon believes that further investments in infrastructures and environment are the best way to boost the Haitian economy and rebuild the Country accordingly. Unfortunately, rebuilding efforts are not bringing enough results since the devastating earthquake that killed over 250,000 Haitians on January 12, 2010. To date, over 400,000 Haitians are still living under tents. Not so bad, compared to more than one (1) million who were on the streets three (3) years ago. In the past, Moise Garcon worked and collaborated with several Haitian media such as: Radio Lumiere, Radio Ginen, Radio Megastar, Radio Vision 2000, TNH, etc. He was the chief Editor of the youth magazine "Lumiere" and the President of the socio-cultural club "SEQUOIA". He was also the regional Manager for Haitel in Jacmel, and the CEO of New Concepts (the first third party Cellphone accessories and repair Company in Jacmel). After studying Journalism, Communications, Mass Media and Marketing, Moise Garcon is also a candidate for a doctorate in Organizational Leadership. Moise Garcon will also receive different awards for his work with the Minorities in Georgia from the Conservative Network and the Minorities Citizens Networks in the South (respectively in April and June 2013). We are proud of him and we wish him all the best.
